Known Limitations
- When creating a Document-Based Q&A (doc_qa) digital human, it's mandatory to upload a corresponding document. While the digital human remains in doc_qa mode, the platform actively seeks the referenced document to enable the functionality of the digital human. If there's no document reference, the digital human becomes non-functional (resulting in broken digital human). Transitioning this broken digital human to Open conversation (oc) mode renders the platform document-free, directing the conversation straight to LLM. However, note that a doc_qa digital human without a linked document won't function properly. Consequently, every time a new document is uploaded to an existing digital human, the previous document is overwritten.
- The current upper word limit for Text-to-Videos is set at "800 characters" per message, which roughly translates to 100 words
- Profane words may raise errors in TTS and break the conversation
- Current video limit for idle loop
